1. What warranty is available on Dynabreeze fans?

All Dynabreeze fans are warranted for 3 years from purchase date. Please refer to manual for details.

2. My fan has stopped working or is damaged, what can I do?

3. Can we get a bracket to turn a Pedestal Fan into a Wall Fan?

No these fans are not interchangeable.

4. How do I stop my Fan oscillating?

Oscillating feature can be switched off on Dynabreeze fans. Please check your user manual for details.

5. Why doesn’t my fan oscillate properly?

Usually due to fans movement being obstructed by a tight power cord or another impediment. It is very important that oscillation is not obstructed as this can cause significant damage to the fan.

6. What IP ratings do you have on your fans?

Our Dynabreeze 200mm Extraction Fan and 300mm Extraction Fan are rated IP24.
Our Dynabreeze 400mm Outdoor Pedestal Fan and 400mm Outdoor Wall Fan are both rated IP65.
All other fans are rated IPX0, meaning they are either unrated or unprotected.
